基于模糊评价的单层工业厂房搬迁可行性研究

Abstract:
为提升单层工业厂房搬迁加固改造评估的准确性,基于模糊数学理论,将该评估分为结构损伤评估、费用评估和环境保护评估3个部分,选取12个指标作为评估因子,采用隶属函数法和类比法构造判断矩阵,再由层次分析法确定权系数向量,建立三层次两阶段的模糊综合评估模型;以某公司2栋单层厂房为例,应用该评估模型对其搬迁加固改造的技术性与经济性进行了评估。结果表明:模糊综合评估方法的评估结果客观合理,能较准确地反映单层工业厂房搬迁加固改造的优势,可为单层工业厂房的继续使用与持续发展提供有效的科学依据。
In order to improve the accuracy of evaluation for single-layer industrial plant relocation and reinforcement based on fuzzy mathematics theory, the assessment was divided into three parts, including structural damage assessment, economic cost estimation and environmental protection. Twelve indexes were selected as evaluation factors, and the membership function method and analogy method were used to construct judgment matrix. Then the weight coefficient vector was determined by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method, and three-level two??stage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was built. Taking the two single-layer plants of a company as examples, the technical and economical evaluations for industrial plant relocation and reinforcement were carried out. The results show that the evaluation result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is objective, and can accurately reflect the advantages of single-layer industrial plant relocation and reinforcement.
