Abstract:

采用瞬态传热有限元分析方法,建立了综合考虑太阳辐射、空气对流换热、阴影遮挡等因素的望远镜整体结构日照温度场精细化数值模型;选取最不利工况对其进行日照作用分析,明晰了该类结构非均匀温度场分布特性,获得基于望远镜变位的日照作用对主反射面精度全过程影响规律,并揭示了该效应分布特性的内在原因。所得研究成果为未来结构施工、传感器布设及促动器的热变形调控提供了实时数据参考。
The refined numerical model of the solar temperature field for telescope overall structure was established by transient heat transfer finite element method, with the factors of solar radiation, shadow in surrounding environment, periodic air temperature, etc. taken into consideration at the same time. The worst??case weather condition was selected to analyze the solar effect for them and the distribution of non??uniform solar temperature field for the telescope structure was figured out. The main reflector surface precision by the time course was acquired during the change of pitch and azimuth angles, and the essence of the effect distribution characteristics was revealed. The study results can provide valuable real time date reference for the construction, sensor arrangement and thermal deformation control of actuator
