Abstract:

对铝合金方形和矩形管截面开孔试件进行了受弯性能试验研究,试验共计13个试件,分别进行了三点弯曲试验和四点弯曲试验;试验材料分别为国产6061-T6和6063-T5铝合金挤压型材,主要对试件的破坏模式、抗弯承载力、弯矩?睬?率曲线和应变分布曲线进行了研究,探讨了铝合金方形和矩形管截面梁在2种受弯状态下孔洞参数对受弯性能的影响。结果表明:试验中所有试件都发生了受压局部屈曲破坏;对于方形管截面梁,在2种受弯状态下,当孔洞的径高比为0.3时,孔洞对试件的抗弯承载力影响较小,当孔洞的径高比为0.6时,孔洞对试件的抗弯承载力有很大程度的影响;对于矩形管截面梁,在三点弯曲状态下,随着孔洞数目的增加,试件的抗弯承载力有很大程度的降低,在四点弯曲状态下,开孔数目对抗弯承载力影响较小;方形管截面梁在2种弯曲状态下的承载力相差较小,而矩形管截面梁在三点弯曲状态下的抗弯承载力比四点弯曲状态下的抗弯承载力有明显提高。
The flexural behaviour of aluminum alloy square and rectangular tube section perforated specimens was studied by tests. A total of 13 specimens were tested subjected to three-point bending or four-point bending. The test materials were made of domestic 6061-T6 and 6063-T5 aluminum alloy extruded profiles respectively. The failure modes, flexural capacity, moment-curvature curves and strain distribution curves of the members were mainly studied. The influence of pore parameters on flexural behaviour of aluminum alloy square and rectangular tube section beams under two bending states was discussed. The results show that all specimens are subjected to local buckling failure under compression. For the square tube section beam, under the two bending states, when the diameter to height ratio of the hole is 0.3, the influence of the hole on the flexural capacity of specimen is less. When the diameter to height ratio of the hole is 0.6, the bearing capacity of the specimen is greatly reduced. For the rectangular tube section beam, the flexural capacity of the specimen decreases greatly with the increase of the number of holes in the three point bending. The number of holes has little effect on flexural capacity under four point bending. The bearing capacity difference of the square tube section beam is small in the two bending states. The flexural capacity of the rectangular tube section beam under three point bending is obviously higher than that of four point bending
