Abstract:

以再生粗骨料取代率和膨胀剂掺量为参数,完成了4个钢管约束和4个玻璃纤维增强塑料(GFRP)约束再生混凝土柱试件的偏心受压试验,对钢管约束和GFRP管约束再生混凝土试件的极限荷载和轴向变形进行了对比分析,并对试件的极限荷载试验值与计算值进行了对比。结果表明:100%再生粗骨料取代率再生混凝土试件的极限荷载比普通混凝土试件低,混凝土强度相同时,GFRP管约束再生混凝土试件偏心受压极限荷载比钢管约束试件低;膨胀剂可以提高钢管和GFRP管约束试件的偏心受压极限荷载,并且对GFRP管约束试件作用更为显著;GFRP管约束试件的变形能力比钢管约束试件大,100%再生粗骨料取代率再生混凝土试件的变形能力比普通混凝土试件大。
Taking the replacement ratio of recycled aggregate concrete and adding amount of expansive agent as parameters, 4 recycled concrete columns confined by steel tube and 4 recycled concrete columns confined by glass fiber reinforced plastics (GFRP) under eccentric loading were tested, and the effects of confinement by steel tube or GFRP on the ultimate load and axial strain of specimens were investigated. The ultimate loads of specimens was compared with the calculated values. The results show that the ultimate loads of 100% replaced recycled concrete specimens are lower than those of normal concrete specimens and the ultimate loads of GFRP confined specimens are lower than those of steel tube confined specimens. Expansive agent can increase the ultimate load of specimen and the effect is more significant on specimens confined by GFRP. The axial strains of specimens confined by GFRP are larger than those of specimens confined by steel tube, and the axial stains of 100% replaced recycled concrete specimens are larger than those of normal concrete specimens
