上海浦东新区空间生产过程与机理

Abstract:
摘要 新城新区建设是国家推进新型工业化和新型城镇化战略的重要手段，是推动城市空间重构和功能重组的重要因素.空间生产理论为中国经济社会转型背景下新城新区研究提供了新的重要视角.以上海浦东新区为研究对象，基于空间生产理论，构建权力与资本作用下新城空间生产理论分析框架.在此基础上，探究浦东新区的空间生产过程及驱动机理.研究表明：浦东新区经历了构想空间、工业空间到消费空间的生产过程，政府和企业形成的“”增长联盟“”对空间生产起到决定性作用，居民对空间生产过程的影响正逐步提高.权力主要通过国家制度环境、规划引导、基础设施建设、政治精英影响力等方面塑造空间，国内外资本注入快速推动新区空间生产，企业和居民对承载空间需求的转变，不断重塑以政府规划为主体的构想空间，共同推动浦东社会经济及其空间的转变.
