Abstract:

摘要 甘油喷雾在生产和生活中有诸多应用.利用压缩空气辅助甘油喷雾可获得雾化性能良好的甘油液滴,提高甘油的利用率.本文采用双流体喷嘴在不同喷雾压力下进行甘油/压缩空气两相喷雾,使用高速摄像仪拍摄稳态喷雾形态,利用PDPA测量喷雾液滴的直径与速度的空间分布,对两相喷雾动力学进行系统的实验研究.结果表明,在实验压力条件下,甘油经压缩空气混合及二次雾化后,雾化状况良好.实验获得了液滴直径与速度的空间分布及其与喷雾压力的变化关系.
