应当注意“创伤后”与“手术后”数据属性的识别

2009年和2012年发表的关于骨科手术预防静脉血栓栓塞症的两个指南性文献对规范骨科临床的预防工作具有重要的指导意义。但其先后将一篇论文中的5组伤后数据改称为术后数据，存在着循证依据不足、依据不清等问题。生命科学的基础数据应当坚守求真务实，本文就其数据、内容和观点提出了商榷。
The two guiding documents about prophylaxis of deep vein thrombosis after orthopaedic surgerypublished in 2009 and 2012 are of important directive significance to the standardization of the prevention work of clinicorthopedics. However, the two articles mistook the post-injury data of 5 groups in one paper for post-operative data. Theywere inadequate in evidence-based medicine.
