Abstract:

摘要 抗战胜利之初,美军登陆华北,帮助国民党军队抢占华北要地,军事上处于弱势的中共不肯放弃该地,这造成了中共的安全困境。中共为了生存发展,开始采取接触与防范、武装自卫与舆论宣传攻势相结合的政策,迫使美国在某些具体问题上有所收敛,并明确了不以军事干预影响中国内政的原则,从而初步改善了中共的安全环境。该政策奠定了中共夺取全国胜利,以及因应美国军事威胁的政策基础。
