妊娠期糖尿病患者产后6个月母乳喂养方式的影响因素分析

Abstract:
摘要 目的: 调查分析妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者产后6个月母乳喂养方式的影响因素.方法:采用自行设计的问卷,通过电话回访的方式对236例生产6个月以上的GDM产妇进行调查,了解其产后6个月母乳喂养的方式并采用非条件logistic多元回归方法探讨影响其产后母乳喂养方式的因素. 结果:GDM患者产后6个月纯母乳喂养率为48.73%.GDM产妇对母乳喂养更有信心(OR=4.545,95% CI 1.897~10.890),不因为睡眠质量影响母乳喂养方式的选择(OR=3.856,95% CI 1.649~9.014),产后6月内没有自觉乳汁分泌不足 (OR=20.860,95% CI 7.978~54.540),产后6月内社区工作人员有过母乳喂养的随访指导(OR=3.612,95% CI 1.500~8.697),产后6月内注重运动(OR=2.660,95% CI 1.099~6.437)则更易坚持纯母乳喂养. 结论:应建立系统的GDM产妇母乳喂养支持体系,加强GDM产妇的个性化的母乳喂养指导干预,提高GDM产妇的母乳喂养率及喂养时间.
