Abstract:

摘要 目的 发展一种“一步法”制备环糊精有机聚合物毛细管整体柱的方法.方法 以含单-6-甲基丙烯酰-乙二胺-6-脱氧-β-环糊精为单体,EDMA 为交联剂,采用异丙醇和二甲基亚砜为生孔剂,AIBN 为引发剂,通过原位聚合反应制备了poly(MAC-EDA-BCD-co-EDMA)(Column B)整体柱.经过对制备条件进行优化,获得最优比例整体柱,并对其理化性质以及手性拆分效果进行考察.最后,结合分子对接手段考察其分子识别机理.结果 与由单-6-(1H-1,2,3-三氮唑-4-甲基丙烯酸甲酯)-β-环糊精为单体制备而成的Column A相比,Column B具有更好的手性拆分效果.结论 研究表明,一步法具有良好的实际应用;Column B因为单体柔性的间隔臂连接方式,保证了环糊精空腔具备足够的柔性,故具有良好的手性分离能力.
