坍塌反应调节蛋白2在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达及其与预后的相关性

Abstract:
摘要 目的: 研究坍塌反应调节蛋白2(CRMP2)在非肌层浸润性膀胱尿路上皮癌(NMIBC)中的表达及临床意义.方法: 免疫组化检测130例NMIBC石蜡切片组织中CRMP2表达水平,分析其与临床病理指标的关系,通过生存分析,探讨其与肿瘤复发、进展及生存时间的相关性.单因素和多因素分析探究CRMP2是否具有独立预测作用.结果:膀胱癌组织CRMP2表达水平与肿瘤分级、复发、进展正相关(P<0.05),与年龄、性别、手术方式以及肿瘤大小无明显相关性(P>0.05).CRMP2高表达患者复发率、肿瘤进展率和死亡率明显高于低表达患者(P<0.05).单因素分析和多因素分析显示,CRMP2是患者术后复发(P=0.021,HR:2.72,95%CI:1.97,3.39)和进展的独立危险因素(P=0.021,HR:2.99,95%CI:1.93,4.61).结论: CRMP2既是NMIBC促癌因子,又是NMIBC预后不良的独立危险因素.
