上颌窦内提升同期种植体植入术在上颌后牙骨量不足病例中的应用

Abstract:
摘要 目的探讨剩余骨量严重不足的情况下进行冲顶式上颌窦内提升同期种植体植入术的方法及疗效.方法:24例患者,共植入33颗种植体,均采用冲顶式上颌窦内提升术,在植骨的情况下同期植入种植体.结果:上颌窦底平均增加骨高度(5.9±2.8)mm,所有种植体均完成冠修复,义齿修复后功能良好.结论:剩余牙槽骨高度严重不足的情况下进行冲顶式上颌窦内提升同期种植体植入术安全可行,是解决上颌后牙区骨量不足引起种植困难的有效方法.
