3种根测仪测量根管工作长度准确性的比较

Abstract:
摘要 目的:比较研究propexII根管长度测量仪、raypex5根管长度测量仪和raypex6根管长度测量仪测量根管工作长度的准确性. 方法:选牙体牙髓科就诊患者的165个根管随机分成propexII组、raypex5组和 raypex6组,每组各55个根管.患牙开髓后疏通根管,以上3组分别使用propexII、raypex5和 raypex6根管长度测量仪测量根管工作长度.然后,每个根管按照各自测量的工作长度用Protaper器械根管预备至F2,选取主牙胶尖插入根管达工作长度,拍摄X线片,通过PACS软件量取牙胶根尖到牙根根尖的距离,测量3次,取平均值,并进行单因素方差统计分析. 结果:在本实验研究中,propexII组恰填率为96.36%,raypex5组恰填率为94.54%,raypex6组恰填率为96.36%.3组牙胶根尖到牙根根尖的距离无统计学差异(P=0.593>0.05). 结论:PropexII、Raypex5 和Raypex6根测仪测定根管工作长度均具有较高的准确率,3者之间无显著差别.
