石韦的抗病毒黄酮部位及有效化学成分

Abstract:
摘要 目的:探究石韦的黄酮部位的抗病毒效果,并分析其有效成分.方法:采用标准病毒株或临床分离病毒株进行活性检测,通过观察病毒致细胞病变效应的发生率,计算黄酮部分抑毒指数TI,评价其抗病毒活性,并用HPLC-MS分析有效成分.结果:体积分数为30%的乙醇洗脱的石韦黄酮部位对肠道EV-71病毒抑制效果最好,用HPLC-MS分析体积分数为30%的乙醇洗脱石韦总黄酮部位的15个成分,其中3个酚酸类成分,12个黄酮类成分.结论:石韦黄酮部位有显著的抗病毒效果,可能是一种潜在的具有开发性的抗病毒药物.
