ITP中T细胞活化信号分子c-Cbl和Cbl-b的表达变化

Abstract:
摘要 目的:分析免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)中T细胞活化信号通路相关分子Cbl-b 和 c-Cbl基因的表达情况.方法: 利用SYBR Green实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)方法检测18例ITP患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)中Cbl-b 和 c-Cbl基因的表达水平,20例健康成人作为对照. 结果: ITP组Cbl-b的表达水平(中位数为0.091%)与健康成人组Cbl-b的表达水平(中位数为0.366%)相比,明显降低(P<0.001);而c-Cbl基因在ITP组中的表达水平(中位数为0.372%)与健康成人组的表达水平(中位数为0.298%)相比没有统计学差异,但c-Cbl基因在ITP女性患者样本中的表达水平(中位数为0.236%)明显低于男性患者样本c-Cbl的表达水平(中位数为0.479%)(P=0.039). 结论: ITP患者外周血中Cbl-b表达下调,可能是其T细胞免疫异常活化的原因之一.
