3种方法评价椎动脉型颈椎病大鼠模型

Abstract:

摘要 目的:通过3种方法评价椎动脉型椎颈病模型.方法:将80只Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组、植骨压迫法造模组、力学平衡失调法造模组及混合造模法组各20只,通过检测造模前、造模后第2周、第4周颞叶软脑膜微循环血流量、血氧饱和度实验数据的比较,免疫组化检测椎动脉组织中NF-κB表达,评价3种CSA大鼠模型.结果:实验大鼠全部呈现颈椎缩短、偏斜甚至扭曲等椎动脉型颈椎病症状;混合造模法、植骨压迫造模法及力学平衡失调造模法与空白组比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);混合造模法分别与植骨压迫造模法及力学平衡失调法比较,具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01).各组大鼠血氧饱和度变化比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),血流量与血氧饱和度无直线相关性(P>0.05).混合造模法椎动脉组织中NF-κB表达最显著(P<0.01).结论:3种造模方法均可成功复制CSA模型,其中以混合造模法较为优异,值得推广.
