Abstract:
摘要 Krüppel样转录因子2(Krüppel-like transcription factor 2,KLF2)作为KLF家族(KLFs)中重要一员, 高表达于血管内皮细胞,参与节血管张力、抗炎、抗血栓和血管形成/血管新生等重要过程,对维持血管稳态至关重要.对KLF家族、KLF2结构特点、KLF2的血流依赖性调节、KLF2在血管内皮以及非血管内皮的作用进行综述.
