Abstract:

摘要 目的: 探讨糖尿病对骨科手术的不利影响及其机制. 方法: 通过检索PubMed、中国知网、万方等数据库查阅糖尿病对骨科手术的不利影响相关的文献,对近年来国内外的研究进行了整理和分析. 结果: 糖尿病不仅可以影响骨骼、肌肉和肌腱等软组织的愈合,其与足踝外科、创伤骨科、运动医学、关节外科及脊柱外科等骨科附属专业的手术预后也均有密切联系. 结论: 糖尿病对脊柱外科、关节外科、创伤外科及运动医学等各骨科附属专业的手术均有不利影响,明显增加骨科手术围手术期并发症,延长患者住院时间,增加患者的住院费用,影响患者的手术预后.
