代谢综合征与老年男性膀胱癌肿瘤分级分期的相关性

Abstract:

摘要 目的:分析代谢综合征(MS)与老年男性膀胱癌肿瘤分级和分期的相关性.方法:收集113例老年男性膀胱癌患者的临床资料,包括患者年龄、身高(cm)、体质量(kg)、体质量指数(BMI)、血压(mmHg)、空腹血糖浓度(mmol/L)、甘油三酯浓度(mmol/L),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇浓度(mmol/L),以及肿瘤的分级和分期.按MS诊断标准进行分组.结果:超重与膀胱癌的分期相关(P<0.05).糖尿病、高甘油三酯血症、低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇血症及代谢综合征与膀胱癌的分级和分期相关(P<0.05).膀胱癌合并高甘油三酯血症的老年患者有着更高的病理分期(OR=2.819,P<0.05)的风险.膀胱癌合并糖尿病的老年患者有着更高的病理分级(OR=3.785,P<0.05)和分期(OR=6.639,P<0.000)的风险.结论:代谢综合征与老年男性膀胱癌患者的病理分期和分级的相关,高甘油三酯血症是膀胱癌高病理分期的独立危险因素,糖尿病是膀胱癌高病理分期和分级的独立危险因素.
