男性血清胆红素参考值与地理因素的岭回归分析

Abstract:

摘要 目的 研究中国健康成年人血清胆红素SBIL参考值与地理因素的关系,为制定不同地域的标准提供科学依据.方法 收集了全国66个市县8 891例健康成年人的血清胆红素参考值,运用相关性分析法从25项地理因素中筛选出10项因素,并采用岭回归分析模拟出全国2 322个市县级单位的参考值,然后运用地统计分析方法,分析血清胆红素SBIL参考值在中国地理空间的分布特征.结果 我国2 322个市县级单位健康成年人血清胆红素SBIL参考值在空间上存在自相关特征,空间分布上呈现西部高、东部低、北部高和南部低的空间分布趋势.结论 若已知中国某地的纬度(X2)、海拔(X3)、年平均气温(X5)、年降水量(X7)、气温年较差(X8)、表土容重(X14)、表土(粉土)阳离子交换量(X19)、T_CASO4(X23)、表土碱度(X24)和表土盐分(X25),可用此预测模型回归方程计算出该地区健康成年人血清胆红素SBIL参考值,确定血清胆红素SBIL在空间上存在的变化趋势.
