新型农村社区多维资产差距的福利效应 ——以武汉市郊区6村505份样本为例
Welfare Effect of Multi capital Gap in New Rural Community——Evidence from Five Hundred and Five Samples of Six Villages in Suburban Wuhan

根据可持续生计框架构建资产对福利的作用机制，采用武汉市郊区6村505份样本，应用模糊综合评判与基尼系数，对新型农村社区与传统农村多维资产差距的福利效应进行分析。结果显示：新型农村社区资产差距较明显，其中显著缩小了文化资产的差距，扩大了自然资产的差距；资产差距显著降低了新型农村社区的福利，对福利的影响达到-37.3％。在考虑资产差距的情况下，传统农村整体福利为0.134，新型农村社区福利为0.181，除自然资产外，其他资产水平均得到了提高。新型农村社区建设整体上改善了农村居民福利，但忽视了自然资产的建设。因此，未来的新型农村建设应加强对自然资产的重视和保护，促进社区各类资产协调发展。
Based on the sustainable livelihoods approach and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the Gini coefficient, this paper uses the analytic framework of assets welfare indicator system to analyze the welfare effect of new rural community and traditional rural multi capital gap . The result shows that the asset gap in the new rural community is obvious, which is narrowing the gap of cultural assets and expanding the gap of natural assets.Asset gap significantly reduces the welfare of new rural community, whose impact on the welfare reaches 37.3.0%. Considering asset gap effect, the traditional rual welfare is 0.134, and the welfare of new rural community is 0.181, whose assets level is all improved except natural assets. Construction of new rural community improves welfare of rural residents as a whole, but it ignores the construction of natural asset.Therefore, in the future, we should place emphasis on the protection of rural natural assets and promote the coordination of the development of all kinds of assets.
