增加农民收入的关键因子分析——以科技支撑为视角
Analysis of the Key Factors to the Increase of Farmers’ Income——Taking the Perspective of Sci-tech Supporting

科技支撑是农业生产发展的主要动力，是提高农业生产效益、有效增加农民收入的重要措施。在分析影响农民增收的土地、劳动力、资本、信息等关键因子的基础上，论述了科技支撑能够增加土地的使用效率和可持续利用，促进劳动力素质的提高，转移部分劳动力获取非农业收入，加快农民投入资金的周转，促进资金的合理使用及提高储蓄和债券利息等财产性收入，能够加速农民对科技信息的吸收和利用而降低成本增加收入等。进而提出了以“新”品种为抓手，以农业科技示范基地为引导，以科技培训为平台，培育壮大科技示范农户，组建科技合作社、发挥集约化优势等通过科技支撑来提高农民收入的措施。
Sci-tech supporting is the main driving force of development of agricultural production,which is an important measure to improve the agricultural production efficiency and farmers’ income.On the basis of analysis of the key factors which can impact farmers increased income,such as soil,labor,capital and information etc.,the paper discusses the following views.Sci-tech can increase efficiency and sustainable use of soil; promote the improvement of labor quality,and transfer part of the labor force to obtain non-agricultural income.While speeding up the flow of funds invested to promote the rational use of funds and to increase savings,bond interest and other property income,sci-tech can also accelerate farmers’ absorption and utilization of sci-tech information to reduce costs and increase revenue.And then this paper puts forward to several sci-tech measures to increase farmers income,including taking new varieties as the starting point and agricultural sci-tech exemplary bases as guidance,taking science and technology training as platform,fostering and developing the sci-tech demonstration households,organizing science and technology cooperation and giving play to intensive advantage and so on.
