农业龙头企业对水产养殖户质量安全行为的影响
The Influence of Agricultural Leading Enterprises on Quality Safety Behaviour of Aquacultural Farmers

与农业龙头企业合作有助于水产养殖农户生产行为安全水平的提高。对171个合作养殖农户的问卷调查表明，企业产品质量认证、企业为农户统一提供农资供应、对养殖农户的培训指导以及对生产过程的监督对养殖农户的安全行为均为正向影响且影响显著。其中产品质量认证与统一提供农资供应影响最大，对生产过程的监督影响最小。同时，农户的养殖规模越大、农户受教育程度越高、政府监管力度越强，农户越倾向于采取安全生产行为。
Cooperation with Agricultural Leading Enterprises helps the improvement of production behaviour of aquacultural farmers.The survey of 171 cooperative farmers indicates that the product quality certification from cooperative enterprises,uniform supply of agricultural materials for farmers,training and guidance for aquaricultural farmers and supervision of production all have significantly positive influence on farmers’ safety behavior,among which the product quality certification and the uniform supply of agricultural materials have the greatest influence,and the supervision of production has the least impact.Meanwhile,the bigger the farming scale is,the higher educational level the farmers receive, the stronger the government’s supervision is,the greater tendency farmers adopt the production safety behaviour.
