耕地转入稻农生产行为及其耕地利用技术效率研究——以赣抚平原农区的农户样本为例
Study on Farmland Transfer in Rice Farmers’ Productive Behavior and Technical Efficiency of Farmland Utilization——A Case Study in Ganfu Plain Areas

基于江西省赣抚平原农区6县市293户稻农的调查数据，分析转入耕地稻农的生产行为特征，采用随机前沿函数对稻农在不同转入规模下的耕地利用效率进行测算。研究发现：稻农耕地经营规模扩大的同时，种植业生产成本收益率发生下降，耕地利用技术效率也出现了显著降低，但是在适度规模范围内的耕地转入量对稻农耕地利用技术效率的提升具有一定的促进作用。通过引导耕地适度流转，加强对稻农农业技术的培训，扩宽农民生产资金获得渠道等政策可提升稻农耕地利用的整体效率。
Based on the survey data of 293 households in the Ganfu Plain area in Jiangxi province,this paper analyzes the characteristics of production of rice farmers and calculates the utilized efficiency of farmland of different land transfer in scales by using Stochastic Frontier Function.The result shows that with the expansion of farmland scale,the cost benefit ratio of crop production is decreasing,and technical efficiency of farmland utilization is also significantly decreasing,but transfer in amount in a moderate scale can promote the technical efficiency of farmland utilization.Therefore,The entire efficiency of farmland utilization can be improved by the way of guiding the farmland transfer in a moderate scale,reinforcing technical training,widening the fund channels of agricultural production and some other policies.
