农产品价格波动非对称传递研究的回顾与展望
Asymmetric Transmission of Agricultural Product Price Fluctuation: A Literature Review

农产品市场化程度如何，市场信息是否对称充分，农产品价格波动传递的对称性与否是重要的判断标准之一。农产品价格波动非对称传递的产生不仅冲击了传统的对称传递理论，在政策含义上也会使相关主体的福利变化呈现非均衡分布。文章在阐释农产品价格波动非对称传递在强度、速度、方向和涨跌等方面的性质的基础上，指出价格非对称传递产生的影响以及政府制定农业政策需要重视的问题；然后简述价格波动非对称传递的研究工具，并重点对国内外乳业、肉类和蔬菜等典型市场非对称传递的经验分析进行梳理以及对非对称传递产生的原因进行归纳；最后指出分析中国农产品市场经验时需要注意的问题并对今后研究进行展望。
Symmetry of price fluctuation of agricultural products is one of the criterion of judgment for the marketization degree of agricultural products and symmetrical and full market information. The asymmetric transmission of agricultural products price fluctuation not only affects the traditional symmetrical transmission theory,but also makes the non-equilibrium distribution of the welfare of the relevant subject in the policy meaning. Based on the intensity,velocity,direction and ups and downs of asymmetric transmission in price fluctuation of agricultural products,this paper first points out the impact of price asymmetric transmission and problems that the governments should attach importance in making agricultural policies,then briefly summarizes the research instruments of price fluctuation asymmetric transmission and analyzes the practices of asymmetric transmission in such typical markets as dairy,meat and vegetables both at home and abroad. Finally this paper points out several problems which should be paid attention to in the analysis of Chinese agricultural products market as well as the prospects for the future research.
