高等农业院校应成为农业科技特派员培训的主阵地
Higher Agricultural Universities and Colleges should Become Key Positions for Agricultural Science and Technology Correspondent Training

农业科技特派员是我国不断提高农业现代化水平的重要人才支撑。结合农业科技特派员队伍存在理论缺失、能力不足的问题，分析了高等农业院校在农业科技特派员培训中的比较优势，提出了创新农业科技特派员的培训体系，即建立三级创业培训课程体系，开展灵活多样的参与式教学。
Agricultural science and technology correspondent is the important talent to constantly improve the level of agricultural modernization in China.Based on theoretical defectiveness and inadequate ability of agricultural science and technology correspondent team,this paper analyzes the comparative advantages of higher agricultural universities and colleges in the training of agricultural science and technology correspondents and proposes how to innovate the training system of agricultural science and technology correspondent,namely,to establish three-level entrepreneurship training system and carry out flexible and interactive teaching.
