村庄视角下家庭农场的嵌入性分析——基于山东省张村的考察
The Embedding Analysis of Family Farms from the Perspective of Village——Based on the Survey of Zhang Cun,a Village of Shandong Province

利用来自山东省一个村庄的质性调查材料，通过家庭农场的土地流转和农场雇工，探讨家庭农场这一新型农业经营主体与村庄之间的关系。研究表明，由村庄职业农民推动形成的家庭农场能够比较顺利的开展，与其嵌入村庄社会关系网络之中有密切关系。家庭农场生产已经明显区别于传统的小农户生产，在发展过程中表现出现代市场经济的特征，具体表现在基于熟人关系流转的土地附带有合同关系，农场雇工虽然是来源于传统人情基础上的帮工，但开始出现货币化趋势。
Based on qualitative investigation materials from a village in Shandong province,this paper explored the relationship between family farm,a new agricultural management subject,and village by depicting the situation of land circulation and agricultural wage workers.Research has shown that family farm,formed and run by professional farmers of the village,can work smoothly,which is closely connected with its involvement in local social network of the village.On the other hand,the mode of family farm has shown the characteristics of modern market economy in its development,which is obviously different from the traditional mode of the small scale production.And these characteristics are embodied specifically as the contractual relationship attached to the land circulation based on the acquaintance network, and the monetization trend of agricultural wage workers though they are helpers based on the traditional human relations,etc.
