摘要 非物质文化遗产资源在文化产业中的创造性转化和创新性发展，是指充分挖掘非物质文化遗产资源潜在的社会和经济价值，通过创造、创意和创新性转化，促进文化产业发展。其主要途径包括：首先，要积极利用非物质文化遗产生产性保护项目的资源、技术、传承人和品牌优势，寻求非物质文化遗产项目与市场经济的新结合点，用现代产业理念和市场经济法则进行开发，努力创建中华优秀传统非物质文化遗产产业品牌；其次，充分挖掘非物质文化遗产中文化元素资源潜在的经济价值，用现代审美思维进行创造性转化，生产出更多具有鲜明时代特征和民族特色的、为大众喜爱的产品；其三，大力开展文化科技融合，积极利用现代科技提高非物质文化遗产保护传承水平，提升中国文化产业的原创力、生产力和核心竞争力。通过以上三个方面的努力，达到文化保护与经济发展互为促进的目的，实现社会效益与经济效益双赢。
Abstract：The creative transformation and innovative development of intangible cultural heritage (ICH) resources refers to exploiting the potential social and economic values by innovatively transforming original and creative ideas，which can promote the development of cultural industry. It includes the following main ways： First， productive projects in ICH can be directly used to develop cultural industry creatively； Second， cultural elements of ICH can fully be utilized to produce cultural products； Third， facing the modern social life， market economy and technology development， it will be necessary to protect and develop ICH creatively. Through transforming Chinese excellent cultural resources of ICH to industrial resources， it will fulfill the everlasting spread of ICH and rapid development of cultural industry.
