Abstract:

以一种大伸缩比轴向与径向伸缩式成型鼓为对象,在系统分析其结构与工作原理的基础上,建立驱动内、 外瓦鼓肩连杆机构的运动学模型,分析并归纳了内、外瓦鼓肩在伸缩运动中需满足的基本要求;运用机构运动倒置 的方法,通过选取内瓦鼓肩为假想机架,将与主连杆固联的槽凸轮曲线设计转化为变速转动的盘形凸轮廓线设计问 题.分析并确定机构的基本参数和从动件运动规律,进而建立摆动滚子从动件变速转动槽凸轮机构数学模型,推导 槽凸轮曲线方程.最后结合算例验证了设计方法的有效性.文中提出的建模与设计方法可为大伸缩比成型鼓凸轮曲 线设计提供一种新的思路.
Taking an axial and radial telescopic tire building drum with big telescopic ratio as the object,based on systematical analysis of its structure and working principle,kinematic model of the link mechanism was established,and the basic requirements of the inner and outer of drum shoulders were analyzed and summarized. Mechanism motion inversion was utilized by selecting the inner of drum shoulders as illusion rack,then the design of the slot cam curve fixedly connected with the main link was turned into the design of variable rotating cam curve.The basic parameters and the law of follower motion of slot cam mechanism were cleared,then mathematical model of oscillating roller follower variable rotating slot cam mechanism was established,and the equation of the slot cam curve was constructed.Finally,a simulation combined with the example shows that the design method is effective. The modeling and design method proposed in this paper provides a new idea for the design of the cam curve of building drum with big telescopic ratio
