Abstract:

机床整机结构方案设计是机床设计的关键环节.在早期设计阶段,实现整机及基础大件性能优化可显著减 少后续详细设计的重复率,提高设计效率.基于多学科优化设计软件iSIGHT,搭建了机床整机结构方案设计及集 成优化系统框架,有效集成参数化建模知识、仿真分析知识;综合利用实验设计、响应面拟合及多目标优化算法, 形成了以结构件关键设计参数为变量、静动态特性及质量为目标的优化技术流程.以某框中框结构卧式加工中心为 例,优化后整机质量下降6.38%,,整机最大变形降低3.24%,,工件-刀具相对变形降低5.68%,,首阶固有频率提高 1.15%,.优化结果验证了所提出方法的可行性.
Schematic design of structure plays a key role in machine tool design.To realize the performance optimization of whole machine and structural components in the early design stage can avoid repetition rate in subsequent detailed design and structural modification,and therefore improve design efficiency.Based on multidisciplinary optimization software iSIGHT,the framework of schematic design and integrated optimization system for machine tool was constructed,through which the knowledge of parametric modeling and simulation was effectively integrated. Experimental design,response surface methodology(RSM)and multi-objective optimization algorithm were applied synthetically to optimize the whole machine structure and structural components.An optimizing technical process with static & dynamic characteristics and mass as the goal was formed which took the key structure design parameters as variables.Schematic design and optimization of a horizontal machining center with a box-in-box architecture were conducted to verify the proposed method.The results show that the maximum deformation of machine tool is reduced by 3.24%,,the relative deformation between the workpiece and the cutter is reduced by 5.68%, and the first natural frequency is increased by 1.15%, while the overall mass of machine tool is reduced by 6.38%,
