传媒实习生群体对媒介伦理争议行为的 态度及影响因素研究

Abstract:
摘要 本研究基于一项对国内9所重点高校传媒实习生的问卷调查(N=490),考察传媒实习生群体对常见媒介伦理争议行为的态度及其影响因素。研究发现,传媒实习生群体对媒介伦理争议行为的整体接受度较低,对不同争议行为的态度存在较大差异,但实际行为表现与态度存在背离现象。在影响因素方面,传媒实习生受新闻教育时长与对媒介伦理争议行为的接受度呈负相关,实习工作满意度与对媒介伦理争议行为的接受度呈正相关;实习从业环境中的正式员工榜样群体和实习生同侪群体的行为表现,对实习生媒介伦理态度产生显著的示范作用和同侪效应。
The study examines the performance of media trainees’ attitudes toward media ethics disputes and their influence factors, through a survey from 490 interviews in nine China universities. Results show that media trainees have lower overall acceptance of media ethics disputes and different attitudes toward different behaviors. A deviation exists between their actual behaviors and attitudes. In terms of influence factors, trainees who have more journalism education experience have lower acceptance of media ethics disputes, which is contrary to satisfaction of internship. Meanwhile, the “demonstration effects” from example groups and “peer effects” from peer groups are both significant
