上海地区新闻专业本科生的职业认同及其影响因素

Abstract:
摘要 基于对上海地区六所高校新闻类专业的本科生进行问卷调查,本文试图了解其职业认同现状及影响因素。同时,比较不同类型高校新闻专业学生的差异,重点考察新闻教育(包括校内课堂教育和校外实习)对职业认同的作用。本研究发现:新闻专业学生的职业认同度普遍较低;不同类型学校的新闻专业学生在职业认同度上存在显著差异;性别、年级、家庭影响等个体因素不是造成新闻专业学生职业认同差异的主要原因;校内教育和校外实习互为补充,对新闻专业学生的职业认同有显著的促进作用。
The professional identities of journalism undergraduate students and the affecting factors are analyzed based on a survey of journalism undergraduate students from six universities in Shanghai. This study also compares the difference between three types of journalism students, and focuses on the effect of journalism education, including on-campus education and off-campus internship to students’ professional identities. It shows that journalism undergraduate students’ professional identity is generally low. There are signifcant differences in professional identities between three types of journalism undergraduate students. Individual factors such as gender, grade and family in?uence are not the main causes of the differences in journalism undergraduate students’ professional identities. On-campus education and off-campus internship become complementary, obviously promoting the journalism undergraduate students’ professional identities
