摘要 民国初年，电报、电话、轮转印刷、照相、传真等传播技术有了较大进步，这些技术的推广与使用有力地推动了新闻报道的全面、时效、真实、客观性的实践，同时推动这些观念由表及里、由浅入深地发展，而这些观念反过来又影响着传播技术在新闻事业领域的运用与普及。技术与观念的互动促进了民初报业的进步，加快了我国报业现代化进程。
In the early years of the Republic of China, telegraph, telephone, rotary printing, photography, fax and other communication technology had made great progress, and the use of these technologies effectively promoted the development of the journalism ideas such as comprehensiveness, timeliness , truth and objectivity from the outside to the inside and from the shallow to the deep. In turn，these ideas affected the application and popularization of communication technology in the field of journalism. The interaction of technology and ideas promoted the progress of the newspaper industry in the early years of the Republic of China, and accelerated the process of modernization of press in China
