旧城区居民出行问卷调查常见问题分析及技术创新 —— 以北京市前门地区为例
Common Problems and Technical Innovation of Travel Survey in Old Town: A Case Study in Qianmen Area in Beijing

摘要 以北京市前门地区居民出行问卷调查的实践过程为研究对象, 对居民出行问卷调查技术的问题、特征及其产生机制进行深入剖析, 从 5 个方面对调查技术开展深度理论研究(调查组织工作及制度障碍、问卷设计的普适性与地域性、抽样设计和样本代表性、调查员的选择与培训、调查时间的选择)。在理论研究的基础上, 提出我国旧城区居民出行问卷调查的技术创新建议。
Abstract This study targets on the practical process of travel survey in Qianmen, Beijing and examines the problems derived from the survey. Their characteristics and the reasons of being generated are stated. The paper focuses on survey organization and its institutional obstacles, the survey design, survey sampling techniques, the choice and training of surveyors and the survey timing. Based on the theoretical researches, the advices towards the innovation of travel survey methods are proposed.
