Abstract:

位移测量是结构试验中非常重要的试验内容,很多结构试验迫切需要弹性体的分布式位移测量。当前,基于数字图像相关法的光学照相和激光位移计等非接触方法已成为位移测量的主要手段,但经常受到试验环境和测量条件的限制而无法使用。基于电阻应变片这一接触式测量方法的灵敏度高、测量精度高、测量范围广、自身尺寸和重量小等优点,发展了应变片在分布式位移测量中的应用,可以通过测量结构少数点的应变响应获得多个点甚至全场的位移响应。数值计算和试验设计结果均表明,该方法具有较高的测量精度和稳定性。
Displacement measurement is a very important content in structural tests. Many structural tests are in urgent need of distributed displacement of elastic body. At present, the non-contact methods, such as optical camera and laser displacement meter, have become the main methods of displacement measurement. However, these methods are often limited by the test environment and device conditions. Based on the advantages of high sensitivity, high measurement precision, wide measuring range, small size and small weight, the application of strain gauges in distributed displacement measurement is developed. It is possible to obtain the displacement response of multiple points and even the whole field by measuring the strain response of the structural minor point. Both the numerical calculation and the design of experiments results show that the method has a very high measurement accuracy and stability
