Abstract:

针对混合余度传感器系统,分别对故障过程和诊断过程进行建模,集成建立系统的半马尔可夫过程可靠性模型。通过代数模型与补充变量法的结合,提出了一种定量分析方法,采用代数模型法将系统模型简化为故障模式的逻辑和,应用补充变量法求解约简后的半马尔可夫过程,推导了基于分布函数的时序故障概率计算公式,用于各故障模式的定量概率求解。通过算例分析,并与典型方法进行比较,体现了模型的通用性以及定量分析方法的准确与简便。
We establish the reliability models of component failure and fault diagnosis processes of a hybrid redundancy sensor and integrate the reliability model with the semi-Markov processes. We propose the quantitative analysis method to combine the algebraic model with the supplementary variables. Then we use the algebraic model to reduce the reliability model to the logical sum of failure modes and the supplementary variable method to solve the reduced semi-Markov processes. Finally we use the distribution functions to deduce the time-sequential failure probability calculation formulas, which are used to seek the probability solutions of various failure modes. The numerical analysis and the comparison with other typical methods show the generality of the reliability model and the accuracy and convenience of the quantitative analysis method
