Abstract:

采用常规石蜡切片法对6个杨树新无性系06-69×川1、06-57×川1、06-69×青1、07-69×青1、06-69×卜1、07-西大寨×卜1以及2个对照品种陕林4号、中绥12杨的叶片解剖结构进行研究,选择叶片厚度、主脉厚度、角质层厚度、上、下表皮厚度、海绵组织厚度、栅栏组织厚度、栅栏组织与海绵组织厚度之比等10项旱生指标进行测量,运用单因素方差分析和主成分分析方法,筛选出叶片厚度、主脉厚度、栅栏组织与海绵组织厚度之比3项主要指标,并结合模糊数学的隶属函数法综合评价8个杨树无性系(种)的抗旱性。结果表明,8个杨树无性系(种)抗旱性大小依次为:07-69×青1>06-57×川1>陕林4号>07-西大寨×卜1>中绥12>06-69×川1>06-69×卜1>06-69×青1。
The leaf anatomical structures of 6 new poplar clones (06-69×Populus szechuanica 1, 06-57×P. szechuanica 1, 06-69×P. cathayana 1, 07-69×P. cathayana 1, 06-69×P. purdomii 1, 07-west da-zhai×P. purdomii 1) and two referential cultivars (Shaanxi NO.4 and Zhongsui12) were observed with paraffin sectioning method, Ten xeromorphic indices were measured, such as leaf thickness, thickness of vein, cuticle thickness, thickness of upper and lower epidermis, thickness of sponge tissue, thickness of palisade tissue and thickness ratio of palisade tissue to spongy tissue and so on. The three typical xeromorphic indices, including thickness of leaves, thickness of vein, thickness ratio of palisade tissue to spongy tissue were selected by variance analysis and principal component analysis. And then a comprehensive evaluation on drought resistances of eight poplar clones were given by the method of subordinate functions. The conclusion showed that the drought resistance capabilities of eight poplar clones were in an order of 07-69×P. cathayana 1, 06-57×P. szechuanica 1, Shaanxi NO.4, 07-west da-zhai×P. purdomii 1, Zhongsui12, 06-69×P. szechuanica 1, 06-69×P. purdomii 1, 06-69×P. cathayana 1
