性诱剂诱捕器对苹果金纹细蛾的诱集作用和控制效果

Abstract:
在甘肃陇东黄土高原区12 a生红富士苹果园中,研究性诱剂诱捕器不同方位、大小、高度和密度对金纹细蛾诱集量的影响及对种群的控制效果。结果表明,诱捕器方位对诱集量影响显著,行间挂置诱集量是株间挂置的1.33倍。诱捕器大小对诱集量也有显著影响,口径30 cm和25 cm诱捕器诱集量均显著高出20 cm诱捕器37.3%和35.6%,单位面积诱集量25 cm诱捕器显著高于30 cm诱捕器。诱捕器高度对诱集量也有显著影响,离地面1.0 m和1.5 m处诱捕器诱集量显著高于离地面0.5 m和2.0 m处,其中1.0 m和1.5 m处诱捕器的诱集量分别较0.5 m处高40.0%和42.5%,较2.0 m处诱集量高38.1%和40.5%。性诱剂对金纹细蛾危害具有显著的控制效果,每667 m 挂置3个诱捕器,全年防治效果可达70.1%。
Lithocolletis ringoniella Mats is one of the main pests of apple in Longdong region of Gansu province. In order to produce safe and quality fruit,chemical insecticide is not advised to use in this region. Sex pheromone is a synthetic insect sex pheromone,there are many successful reports on pest management in open field by using insect pheromone. The present study was conducted in a 12-year-old ‘Fuji’ apple orchard of Loess Plateau area in Lingtai county of Gansu province . Based on comparative tests of different location(inter or inner-row),size(20,25 and 30 cm in diameter),height(0.5,1.0,1.5 and 2.0 m above ground) and density(0,2,3 and 4 traps per 667 m) of synthetic sex pheromone traps(SSPT) ,we studied the effects of SSPT on the traped quantity of Lithocolletis ringoniella Mats adults and effect of the population control.The results showed that the Lithocolletis ringoniella Mats adults caught by inter-row hanging location of SSPT had significant effects on trap quantities,inter-row hanging traps caught 33% higher(33%) than inner-row hanging SSPT between trees. SSPT size had significant influence on trapped quantities. The results indicated that 30 cm and 25 cm(in diameter) SSPT could trap Lithocolletis ringoniella Mats adults 37.3% and 35.6% higher than 20 cm in quantities. Different and number of Lithocolletis ringoniella Mats adults trapped on unit area of 25 cm traps was significantly higher than 30 cm traps,respectively. SSPT height also influenced significantly on trapped Lithocolletis ringoniella Mats adults quantities,1.0 m and 1.5 m (above ground distance from the ground) height of SSPT traped 40.0% and 42.5% more than 0.5 m,38.1% and 40.5%more than 2.0 m in quantities,respectively. Three SSPT per 667 m obtained efficient pest control effect,which could controlled up to 70.1% Lithocolletis ringoniella Mats in the whole year.
