芒果切叶象甲对芒果10种挥发性物质的触角电位反应

Abstract:

采用电生理方法,测定了芒果切叶象甲成虫对10种不同质量浓度(0.01,0.1,1.0,10 g·L-1)芒果挥发性物质的触角电位(electroantennogram,EAG)反应。结果表明,雄成虫对芒果挥发性物质的EAG反应最大值出现在质量浓度0.1 g·L-1 [(1R)-(+)-α-蒎烯和α-法呢烯]和1.0 g·L-1(α-萜品烯,α-水芹烯,β-石竹烯,β-香叶烯,异松油烯,反-2-己烯醛,香橙烯,朱栾倍半萜);并且当刺激质量浓度为1.0 g·L-1时,雄成虫对10种挥发性物质的EAG反应相对值都在100%以上。雌成虫对各供试物质反应最大值出现时刺激质量浓度均为1.0 g·L-1,并且仅对1.0 g·L-1的α-法呢烯(125.65%)、异松油烯(103.00%)和β-香叶烯(119.51%)的EAG反应值高于100%。在10 g·L-1刺激质量浓度下,雌成虫与雄成虫仅对异松油烯的EAG反应相对值有显著差异(P<0.05),而对其他9种物质的EAG反应值差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究结果可为阐明芒果切叶象甲寄主选择与致害机制提供理论依据。
Electroantennogram(EAG) was employed to record the electrophysiological responses of different gender of Deporaus marginatus adults to the ten volatiles from mango tree with different mass concentrations( 0.01,0.1,1.0,10 g·L-1).The results showed that, for male, the maximum EAG values appeared at the mass concentration of 0.1 g·L-1 [(1R)-(+)-α-pinene, α-farnesene] or at the concentration of 1.0 g·L-1(α-terpinene, α-phellandrene, β-carypohyllene, β-myrcene, terpinolene, e-2-hexen-1-al, aromadendrene, valencene).In addition, ten volatiles at the mass concentration of 1.0 g·L-1 all resulted in more than 100% EAG relative value.For female, the maximum of relative EAG response values to ten volatiles all appeared at the concentration of 1.0 g·L-1, and more than 100% value were only found in α-farnesene(125.65%), terpinolene(103.00%), β-myrcene(119.51%) with the mass concentration of 1.0 g·L-1.Significantly differences in relative EAG value between male and female were only found in terpinolene at the mass concentration of 10 g·L-1(P<0.05).The results will provide an scientific basis for clarifying host selection mechanism of D.marginatus.
