Abstract:

叶色黄化突变体是开展光合系统的结构和功能、叶绿素生物合成及其调控机制研究的理想材料。以叶色黄化突变体(C528)及其野生型(CCMC)为材料,对其光合色素质量分数、光合作用指标和抗氧化酶活性进行研究,并初步调查突变体的农艺性状。结果表明,突变株C528从子叶期开始表现出叶片黄化,叶片的黄化性状不随发育而转变,其株高、茎粗等显著小于野生型;光合色素质量分数及净光合效率(Pn)显著低于野生型;通过对保护酶活性及丙二醛质量摩尔浓度等指标的测定,结果表明,SOD、POD和CAT活性及丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度均高于野生型。此研究结果可为阐明黄瓜叶色黄化突变机理及图位克隆突变基因提供基础资料。
Leaf color mutant is an ideal material for study of photosynthesis system structure and function,chlorophyll biosynthesis and its regulation mechanism. the mutant C528 and wild type (CCMC) were taken as materials. The mass fraction of photosynthetic pigment,photosynthetic characteristics and autioxidant enzyme activities were investigated in this study.The morphological and photosynthetic rate were measured and analyzed at cotyledon,seedling and fruiting stage. The results showed that the plant height,stem diameter were significant differences between mutant C528 and wild CCMC. Compared with the wild-type CCMC,the mass fraction of chlorophyll and net photosynthetic rate(Pn)of the mutant were significantly decreased. The enzyme activities of SOD,POD,CAT,and the molality of malondialdehyde (MDA) in C528 were higher than in CCMC. These results provide basic information for elucidating the mechanism of cucumber leaf yellowing and gene positional cloning of mutations.
