Abstract:

研究了南疆地区杏麦复合群体中小麦籽粒灌浆特性、品质性状及基因型与杏麦复合栽培模式对小麦品质性状的影响。结果表明,杏麦复合模式下,间作小麦干物质积累呈“S”型曲线增长,可将灌浆期划分为渐增期、快增期和缓增期3个阶段;相关与回归分析表明,间作系统中小麦千粒质量受平均灌浆速率及整个灌浆持续时间的影响最大,且平均灌浆速率对千粒质量的作用远大于整个灌浆持续时间,回归方程中这2个参数的系数分别为41.149和1.057。间作麦区杏树对小麦蛋白质质量分数影响较小,对沉淀值影响最大,对硬度和体积质量的影响居中;间作麦区杏树对小麦品质性状影响的总趋势是:距离杏树越近,小麦品质越差,且杏树对东区间作小麦的影响大于西区。同时F值测验结果表明,蛋白质和沉淀值的变异主要来源于基因型,体积质量受杏麦复合影响较大,品种×杏麦复合互作效应对硬度的影响最明显。
Grain filling characteristics and quality traits were studied in wheat-apricot intercropping in southern Xinjiang. The results showed that grain dry-weights is “S” curve at grain filling period, and the period can be divided into slightly increase stage, quickly increase stage and slowly increase stage. Correlation and regression analysis showed that grain mass are decided by the average grain filling rate and the grain filling duration, the former was significantly obvious than the latter,the coefficients of the two parameters in the regression equations were 41.149 and 1.057. Apricot trees have minor effect on protein mass fraction of wheat, maximum effect on sedimentation value of grain, and middle effect on bulk density and grain hardness of wheat. Overall, the more near to apricot, the poorer quality of wheat, and the intercropping wheat on the east of apricot trees is affected more than on the west. The F-test showed that the variation of protein and sedimentation value are mainly decided by the varieties, bulk density is greatly affected by wheat-apricot intercropping, and genotype × wheat-apricot intercropping has an obvious effect on the grain hardness.
