K+和Mg2+对盐胁迫下荞麦幼苗生理特性的效应

Abstract:
以不同耐盐性荞麦幼苗(盐敏感品种川荞3号和耐盐品种川荞4号)为试验材料,在盐胁迫下添加不同浓度(5、10、15、20 mmol/L)K+和Mg2+处理,测定荞麦幼苗生理指标。结果表明,适当浓度K+和Mg2+处理可显著降低盐胁迫下荞麦叶片质膜透性和MDA质量摩尔浓度,耐盐品种(川荞4号)降低幅度较大;显著增加盐胁迫下荞麦幼苗根系活力及叶片叶绿素质量分数和SOD活性,盐敏感品种(川荞3号)增加幅度较大;K+和Mg2+处理的最适浓度分别为20 mmol/L和10 mmol/L,且Mg2+的处理效果优于K+处理。
Buckwheat seedlings with different salt tolerance were used as experimental materials. Physiological indexes of buckwheat seedlings were determined through adding different concentrations of K+ and Mg2+ under salt stress. The results showed that the appropriate concentrations of K+ and Mg2+ treatment could significantly decrease the plasmalemma permeability of leaves and MDA molality of buckwheat under salt stress,the salt-tolerant buckwheat variety decreased more,and that could significantly increase the roots vigor of buckwheat seedlings and leaves chlorophyll mass fraction and SOD activity under salt stress,and the salt-sensitive buckwheat variety increased more. The optimal concentrations of K+ and Mg2+ treatment were 20 mmol/L and 10 mmol/L respectively,the effect of Mg2+ treatment was better than that of K+.
