膜下灌水量对棉瓜套作模式下棉花叶片光合特性和产量的影响

Abstract:
以棉花甜瓜间作模式为研究对象,分析土壤水分变化对间作棉花叶片光合特性和产量的影响。结果表明,间作棉花中65%水分处理的叶绿素和类胡萝卜素质量分数相对较高,相同水分条件下间作棉花的叶绿素和类胡萝卜素质量分数均高于单作。间作棉花叶片的Pn、Gs和Ci均为65%处理的最高。间作棉花的Fm、Fv/Fo、ΦPSII大于单作,而NPQ小于单作,说明间作相比单作有更高的PSII光化学效率。65%处理的NPQ低于其他两个处理,有助于光合作用的提高。单作和间作条件下棉花的产量均在65%水分处理时较高,75%和55%处理的产量有所降低。
This study took cotton and melon intercropping as object, analysis was done on the influences of soil moisture changes on leaf photosynthetic characteristics and yield of cotton and melon. The results indicated that chlorophyll and carotenoid mass fractions were relatively high when the intercropping cotton was treated by 65% of moisture. Under the same moisture conditions, intercropping cotton had higher mass fractions of chlorophyll and carotenoid than those of monoculture.Pn,Gs and Ci in cotton leaves were the highest under the treatment of 65% moisture.Fm,Fv/Fo and φPSII of intercropping cotton were greater than those of the monoculture, while NPQ was less than the monoculture, this indicated that intercropping had higher efficiency of PSII photochemistry compared with monoculture. 65% of NPQ under the treatment was lower than the other two ones and was helpful to improve photosynthesis. Under intercropping, the 65% of treated cotton had highest yield, while cottone treated by 75% and 55% , its yield decreased.
