Abstract:
探索基质用量和料水比对蛹虫草子座中虫草素产量的影响,为蛹虫草的优质栽培提供依据。以蛹虫草菌株CM-16为研究对象,小麦为主要栽培基质,采用单因素和二次正交旋转组合设计2种分析法,研究基质用量和料水比对蛹虫草子座中虫草素产量的影响。结果表明,随着基质用量和料水比的增加,蛹虫草子座中虫草素的产量均呈先增加后降低的趋势,当基质用量为每盒350 g,料水比(质量体积比)控制在1∶1.5时,蛹虫草子座中虫草素质量分数最高,为3.96 mg/g。基质用量和料水比是影响蛹虫草子座中虫草素质量分数的重要因素,当以小麦为主要原料栽培蛹虫草时,小麦用量为每盒350 g,最佳料水比(质量体积比)控制在1∶1.5。
This study aims to investigate the effects of substrate dosage and substrate-to-water ratio in the medium on production of cordycepin in the stroma of Cordyceps militaris, and further provide scientific basis for C.militaris cultivation.Cordyceps militaris strain CM-16 and wheat were used as material and main cultivation medium, respectively. Single factor and two orthogonal rotation combination methods were used to test the effects of substrate dosage and medium substrate-to-water ration on cordycepin content in the stroma. The results showed that the increasing of substrate dosage and medium substrate-to-water ratio, the cordycepin content in stroma increased initially, then decreased. The cordycepin content in stroma reached its maximum: 3.96 mg/g when the substrate dosage was 350 g per box and medium substrate-to-water ration was 1∶1.5. In conclusion, the ubstrate dosage and medium substrate-to-water play an important role of the yield of cordycepin in stroma of C.militaris. When wheat was used as the main cultivation medium, the optimum substrate dosage and medium substrate-to-water ration were 350 g per box and 1∶1.5, respectively.
