Abstract:

为进一步探索StRab蛋白在胁迫反应中的功能及其作用机制,采用生物信息学、洋葱表皮亚细胞定位等方法进行研究。结果表明,StRab核酸序列为889 bp,其中,编码区为612 bp,编码203个氨基酸;StRab蛋白为稳定、可溶、非分泌的非跨膜蛋白,含有小G蛋白家族的全部序列特征, 且C端存在CAAX 基序。洋葱表皮细胞瞬时转化试验表明,StRab蛋白定位于细胞膜。说明:StRab蛋白是在细胞膜上发挥功能的膜附着蛋白,可能对马铃薯胁迫反应有重要作用。
To further explore the functional mechanism of StRab protein in stress response of potato,the bioinformatics analysis and onion epidermal subcellular location assay were conducted.The results of sequence analysis showed that nucleotide sequence of StRab is 889 bp,which 203 amino acids were encoded in coding region of 612 bp.The StRab was a stable,soluble,non-secretedand non-transmembrane protein.It contained all sequence features of the small GTP-binding protein family,and the C terminal CAAX motif.The StRab was fused with gfp for locating test,the results indicate that StRab is located on the cell membrane.Therefore,the StRab is a membrane attachment protein,and may play an important role in potato stress response.
