Abstract:

为明确不同间作模式对番茄连作障碍的影响,将生菜和芹菜2种作物分别与番茄间作,研究间作对番茄产量、品质及根系土壤微生物数量和酶活性的影响。结果表明,间作处理可以显著增加连作土壤中微生物总量、细菌数量和细菌/真菌的比例,显著降低真菌数量,同时提高土壤中蔗糖酶、脲酶、磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶活性,从而减轻连作对番茄生长的影响,提高番茄产量,缓解番茄连作障碍。
For making clear the effect of different intercropping patterns on obstacle in tomato continuous croppping,we intercroped lettuce with tomato,celery with tomato to study the effects of intercropping on tomato yield and microflora characteristics and enzymes activities in the soil.The results showed that intercropping significantly increased the number of total micro-biomass,bacteria number and ratio of bacteria to fungus in the continuous cropping soil,and increased the activities of sucrae,urease,phosphatase and catalase in the continuous cropping soil. Thus,intercropping could promote the tomato growth,and increase yield,and prevent the obstacle of continuous cropping of tomato.
