40份高粱种质节间相关性状分布规律

Abstract:
为了研究高粱种质节间相关性状的分布规律,并对其进行QTL挖掘与定位,采用R语言对40份高粱种质节间数目、节间长度(节长)及节间类型进行统计分析。结果表明:不同高粱种质在节间数目、节间长度及其节间类型等方面存在明显差异;平均节间数目为8.3~17.3个,基本符合N(12.11,2.49 )分布;平均节间长为3.4~21.8 cm,符合N(13.98,7.64 )分布;节间类型存在6种类型AR、A、ARA、ARAR、AU和AUR(A:节长渐长,R:渐短,U:等长),其中最多的类型为AR型;节间数目与节间长度的相关系数为0.26,不存在显著相关关系。可见,40份高粱种质资源节间相关性状的变异类型较为丰富,可作为良好的试验材料进行进一步的遗传研究。
In order to study the distribution rule of traits related to internodes and further to find and map its QLTs,internodes number, length and type for forty sorghum germplasms were analyzed by R software in this research. The results showed that significant difference were found in traits of internodes number, length and type in different germplasms; the mean number of internodes ranged from 8.3 to 17.3, which approximately followed normal distribution with mean and standard deviation were 12.11 and 2.49; the mean length of internodes ranged from 3.4 to 21.8 cm, which meet normal distribution with mean and standard deviation were13.98 and 7.64; six internodes types were found, including AR, A, ARA, ARAR,AU and AUR(A:length of internode gradually accelerate, R: gradually reduce ,U: unchanged ), and the majority type was AR; the correlation coefficient between internodes number and length was 0.26, which did not show significant correlation. Forty sorghum germplasms tested in this study had relatively abundant variations on internode related traits, which can be served as materials for future genetic research.
