Abstract:

为明确小麦赤霉病菌(Fusarium graminearum)农药活性代谢物的结构及其抗菌除草活性。采用乙酸乙酯提取、凝胶柱层析及反相高效液相色谱分离技术获得该代谢物高纯度活性化合物,采用核磁共振波谱和多级质谱等技术鉴定其化学结构;采用菌丝生长速率法、微量稀释法和平皿法测定该代谢物的抗真菌、抗细菌和除草活性。结果表明:活性化合物鉴定为四环三萜类抗生素-integracide A,其对烟草青枯病菌(Pseudomonas solanacearum)有强烈的抑菌活性,最低抑菌质量浓度(MIC)为6.25 mg/L;对反枝苋(Amaranthus retroflexus)种子萌发和根生长有强烈的抑制作用,抑制中浓度(EC 50 )分别为13.20 mg/L和3.46 mg/L 。小麦赤霉病菌代谢物integracide A具有较强的抑菌和除草活性。
To understand the structure, antimicrobial and herbicidal activities of metabolite from Fusarium graminearum.The metabolite was obtained by ethyl acetate extract, gel column chromatography and reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC), and was identified based on spectral data of NMR and ESI-MS/MS.Antimicrobial activities of the compound were evaluated by inhibition of mycelial growth and micro dilution methods, respectively.Herbicidal activities were tested by plating method.The metabolite was identified as integracide A, a member of tetracyclic triterpenoid family.Integracide A showed strong antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas solanacearum, and the MIC value was 6.25 mg/L.It also exerted herbicidal activity against Amaranthus retroflexus, and the EC 50 were 13.20 mg/L and 3.46 mg/L against the seed germination and root growth, respectively.Integracide A was isolated from the metabolite of F.graminearum and showed a strong antibacterial and herbicidal activity.
