三系杂交籼稻种子活力测定及其与田间出苗率的相关性
Seed Vigor Determination of Three-line Indica Hybrid Rice and Their Relationship with Field Emergence Percentage

为探讨有效评价三系杂交籼稻种子田间出苗率的活力测定方法，以产自湖南和四川制种区共52份三系杂交籼稻种子样品为试验材料，分别测定标准发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、低温胁迫发芽率、干旱胁迫发芽率、盐胁迫发芽率、老化发芽率、田间出苗率等指标。方差分析结果表明：‘金科优651’‘丰优1号’‘内香8156’‘泰优99②’‘T优109’等品种活力显著较高；‘五丰优316’‘Q优6号’‘川农优527’‘川优8377’‘泸优58’等品种活力显著较低。相关分析结果表明，低温胁迫发芽率均能较好地评价湖南和四川制种区三系杂交籼稻种子的田间出苗状况。
To investigate determination methods of seed vigor for effectively evaluating field emergence percentage of three-line indica hybrid rice, 52 samples of three-line indica hybrid rice produced in Hunan and Sichuan were used to measure standard germination rate, germination energy, germination index, germination rates under the conditions of low temperature, drought stress, salt stress and artificial aging, and field emergence percentage. The results of ANOVA showed that seeds of ‘Jinkeyou 651’‘Fengyou 1’‘Neixiang 8156’‘Taiyou 99②’‘Tyou 109’ and so on had significantly higher vigor while ‘Wufengyou 316’‘Q-you 6’‘Chuannongyou 527’‘Chuanyou 8377’‘Luyou 58’ and so on had significantly lower vigor. The results of correlation analysis demonstrated that low-temperature germination rate can be better used to evaluate field emergence of three-line indica hybrid rice.
