春羽、红掌和富贵竹对富营养化水体净化效果分析

Abstract:
以春羽、红掌和富贵竹3种花卉植物为材料,分析其对富营养化水体的总氮、总磷、溶解氧、叶绿素a质量分数以及pH的影响。结果表明,随着处理时间的延长,3种植物总氮去除率逐渐增加,在处理35 d时总氮去除率分别达到61.71%、59.66%和63.05%;春羽和红掌总磷去除率在28 d时达到最大值,分别为47.34%和48.11%,而富贵竹总磷去除率在21 d时达到最大值(42.04%);种植红掌的富营养化水体溶解氧含量比种植春羽和富贵竹的富营养化水体高,而种植春羽和红掌的富营养化水体叶绿素a质量分数相对于种植富贵竹的富营养化水体低。富贵竹+红掌、富贵竹+春羽、春羽+红掌3种植物组合对富营养化水体的总氮去除率相近,处理35 d后分别为63.33%、62.37%和61.18%,而总磷去除率较高的植物组合为富贵竹+红掌(60.13%);种植春羽+红掌组合的富营养化水体溶解氧质量浓度略高(14.00 mg/L);种植3种植物组合的富营养化水体叶绿素a质量分数变化趋势相近,但有富贵竹组合的水体叶绿素a质量分数较高。研究结果为深入探讨利用花卉植物净化富营养化水体提供了试验依据。
Three species of flower plants such as Philodenron selloum Koch, Anthurium andraeanum and Dracaena sanderiana as materials,its effects on TN,TP, contents of dissolved oxygen and chlorophyll a, pH value in eutrophic waterwas analyzed. The results indicated that TN removal rate in eutrophic water increased in three different plant cultural conditions, the removal rate of TN were 61.71%,59.66% and 63.05% after 35 d, respectively. TP removal rate reached maximum values reached by 47.34% and 48.11% on 28 d in the culture of Philodenron selloum Koch and Anthurium andraeanum, while TP removal rate in eutrophic water reached maximum for 21 d in the culture of Dracaena sanderiana. Dissolved oxygen content of eutrophic water in the culture of Anthurium andraeanum was higher than that in the culture of Dracaena sanderiana and Philodenron selloum Koch. Content of chlorophyll a in eutrophic water was slightly lower in the culture of Philodenron selloum Koch and Anthurium andraeanum than that in the culture of Dracaena sanderiana. TN removal rate in eutrophic water was similar in the culture of Dracaena sanderiana + Anthurium andraeanum, Dracaena sanderiana + Philodenron selloum Koch and Philodenron selloum Koch + Anthurium andraeanum, they were 63.33%, 62.37% and 61.18%, respectively. The most TP removal rate of eutrophic water was combination of Dracaena sanderiana + Anthurium andraeanum(60.13%), while dissolved oxygen content of eutrophic water was higher (14.00 mg/L) in the culture of Philodenron selloum Koch + Anthurium andraeanum than other combinations. The changes of chlorophyll a content of eutrophic water was similar in the three plant combinations. The results laid a foundation in study on purificating eutrophic water by flower plants.
